The history of Positive Communications

We wanted to share a little snapshot into life at Positive Communications! We were set up over 30 years ago by Tracy, who was seeking a better balance between work and life after the birth of her son. Our first client was Philips – who we still work with all these years later. Tracy oversaw the launch of the innovative Sonicare, and together as an agency and client we grew.

Now eight women work at Positive Communications, juggling life, motherhood and their careers. We were pioneers in remote, flexible working long before the pandemic encouraged most of us to work at home. We have seen first-hand how allowing women to work flexibly can help empower people to reach even greater heights.  We work effectively and collaboratively together to champion the work of our wonderful clients - often impressive women themselves who also wear many hats.

We have a flat hierarchy, meaning everybody’s input and opinions are championed. So who makes up team Positive Communications?
